Shyam also has Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Nepal and a Registered Auditor in Nepal. Shyam has been practicing small business accounting since 1995. He has significant amount small business experience with profit and not-for-profit organizations, including retail, import & export trading companies, professional association, charitable organization and foundations. Shyam has assisted in numerous IRS and State audits. Shyam is the foundation of this firm as he runs the daily operation. He is in the process of getting his CPA certification.
In addition to his client service responsibilities, Shyam oversees the management of the firm in its daily operation. He specialize on Payroll and Sales & Use Tax.
